Florida Statewide Firearms License Class "G"

The State Firearms license Class "G" course fees are $240.00, for the required 28 hour course. Reservations are required with full payment to save you a seat for the course.

The course fees include:

• 28 hour course
• Range time
• 1box of ammunition (.38spl or 9mm)
• Targets (B-27)
• Eye & Ear protection

The student must score 70% or higher on the written test and a minimum acceptable score on the range of 168 points out of a possible 240. The student who pass both the written and range tests will be issued a certificate of completion.

Attendance for the final day of the 28 hour course is Mandatory.

**The course fee will be refunded only if the instructor cancels the course. If you are unable to attend the course you have been scheduled for, you will be given a credit slip which will allow you to take the course at a later date. There will be no refunds for student cancellations.

Class "G" Annual Requalification

The fee is $90.00 for the required 4 hour course.

• Ammunition (.38spl or 9mm)
• Targets (B-27)
• Eye & Ear protection

The Student must Score 70% or higher on the written test and a minimum acceptable score of 168 points out of a possible 240.

** 4 hours of requalification must be obtained the first year of the licensure period and 4 hours the second year of the licensure period. (8 hours cannot be obtained in the first year or second year.) A licensee who fails to submit 4 hours the first year and 4 hours the second year, must submit proof of 28 hours training upon renewal of the "G" license.
